• Monitor vital signs and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff

• Assist residents with daily care needs while promoting comfort and safety

• Make routine rounds and respond promptly to resident requests

• Support a positive and patient-focused care environment

• Collaborate with nursing staff and leadership to ensure quality care

• Maintain accurate communication and dependable attendance

• Current Illinois CNA certification

• Graduate of an accredited CNA program or currently enrolled

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

• Passionate about providing personalized care

• Motivated to grow professionally in a supportive healthcare environment
