Aspire Senior Living Excelsior Springs is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. Our skilled nursing facility is dedicated to providing high-quality personal care services in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Aspire Senior Living Excelsior Springs, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents

• Collaborating with our nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to our nursing staff

• Participating in resident activities and promoting a positive and engaging environment

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to our facility's policies and procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent required
