Job Summary:

Care Connect at Home, a family-owned home care agency serving seniors and adults who need extra support to remain safe and comfortable at home, is seeking reliable, compassionate HHAs or CNAs to join our team in Indian River County, FL. If you enjoy helping others and want a schedule that works for you, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

• Prepare and serve meals, as needed

• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, tidying, and dishes

• Follow personalized care plans and report any changes in condition to our team

• Collaborate with our team to provide excellent care and support to our clients

Requirements:

• Florida HHA certificate or CNA license

• CPR certification

• Current TB test

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Hoyer Lift Experience

• Ability to pass a Level II background check

• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
