What You'll Do:Answer residents' call lights to determine needsTurn and reposition residents while in bedProvide physical support to assist residents with daily living activities such as getting in/out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, toileting, standing, walking, or exercisingReview dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences to ensure proper diets are followedRecord food and fluid intake/output as necessaryReport changes in resident condition promptly to nursing staffBuild relationships with residents to ensure their stay is comfortable and dignified????
