Aspire Senior Living Advance looking for a caring and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct care to our residents, assisting with daily living activities, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring each resident's comfort and dignity. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Aspire Senior Living Advance, you will have the opportunity to work flexible 8hr & 12hr shifts, including rotating weekends.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility

• Take and record vital signs, reporting changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff

• Provide comfort and emotional support to residents, ensuring their well-being and respect for dignity

• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment; adhere to infection control policies

• Accurately record and report care activities in compliance with facility standards

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications:

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a valid license in Missouri

• Previous experience in a long-term care facility or similar environment is preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work well in a team

• Ability to lift/move residents as needed, stand/walk for extended periods
