Our 99 bed skilled nursing facility is seeking stellar candidates for our therapy team! If you are a Physical Therapist who values quality patient care and enjoys producing results through meaningful rehabilitation experiences you are welcomed to apply.

Licenses & Certifications Required

• PT License

Must submit to Covid-19 testing weekly or bi-weekly depending on requirements. Vaccine available and encouraged for all employees.

PPE provided. Covid-19 Vaccinations provided. All employees are screened at the beginning of the workshift.
