Full-Time LPN/RN Private Duty Nurse Ferguson MO 40 Per Hour

Elevate Care Providers LLC is urgently hiring a compassionate and dependable LPN or RN to provide one-on-one in-home nursing care for an adult female client with Cerebral Palsy located in Ferguson, Missouri.

This position is ideal for a nurse seeking consistent hours, a stable schedule, and meaningful patient-centered care in a home setting.

Schedule

•  Mondays: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM 
•  Every Other Saturday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM 

Responsibilities

•  Provide skilled nursing care in the home 
•  Medication administration 
•  Monitor patient condition and safety 
•  Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) 
•  Complete accurate nursing documentation 
•  Communicate professionally with family and care team 
•  Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment 

Qualifications

•  Active Missouri LPN or RN license 
•  Current CPR certification 
•  Reliable transportation 
•  Strong communication and time management skills 
•  Home health or Private Duty Nursing experience preferred 
•  Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
