Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including delivering meals, turning and ambulating, and providing fluids and nourishment
• Help residents with personal hygiene and assist with feeding and serving nutritional supplements
• Observe residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Document resident food and fluid intake
• Maintain a clean and tidy environment, making beds and keeping living areas tidy
• Transport residents within the facility and assist nurses and other staff as needed
• Adhere to professional standards, facility policies, and federal, state, and local requirements and standards
• Maintain confidentiality of all residents and facility data

Requirements:

• Current and Valid CNA certification
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good collaboration and teamwork skills
• Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
• Keen attention to detail and in-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations
• Familiarity with symptoms and signs of improvement for various medical conditions
• Physical strength and stamina
• First aid and CPR certifications
