We’re looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are passionate, dependable, and eager to make a meaningful difference every day.

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. CNAs assist residents with daily living activities, ensure comfort and safety, and help maintain the dignity and well-being of each resident in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.

• Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.

• Assist residents with mobility, positioning, and transfers.

• Measure and record vital signs, intake/output, and report changes in condition promptly.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.

• Promote resident independence and engagement in daily activities.

• Support nursing staff in maintaining accurate documentation and communication.

• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.

• Uphold infection control and safety standards at all times.

• Current Montana CNA certification in good standing.

• Prior experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred (but not required).

• Compassionate attitude and strong communication skills.

• Dependable, team-oriented, and dedicated to resident care excellence.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed.
