Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, in a supportive and respectful manner

• Provide vital signs and report changes to the nursing team

• Assist with feeding, hydration, and medication administration as needed

• Help maintain a safe and clean environment for our patients

• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing team

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• Current certification and CPR training

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with the assistance of equipment or other staff members

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
