Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), vital signs, and other nursing tasks

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and observations

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Oklahoma

• High school diploma or equivalent required
