Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Summary:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and promoting independence and dignity. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that each resident receives the best possible care, while also meeting their unique physical, emotional, and social needs.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide basic care, including lifting, transferring, and positioning residents
• Maintain accurate records and reports on resident care
• Assist with feeding, toileting, and incontinence care
• Promote resident independence and dignity, while also respecting personal boundaries
• Participate in resident care conferences and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and services

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements:

• Current CNA certification in the state of Florida
• Prior experience in long-term care preferred
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with minimal assistance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
