Job Summary
We are seeking a Residential Aide to join our team! As a Residential Aide, you will assist nurses and QMHP's with the day-to-day care of our clients, including assisting in preparing meals, intake operations, and home cleanliness. You may occasionally accompany clients for tests or treatments, assist with restocking equipment or supplies, and strive to create a safe, clean environment for our patients and other staff. The ideal candidate is compassionate, works well within a team environment, and has strong communication and interpersonal skills.  

Responsibilities 

• Assist QMHP's, nurses, and others aides in day-to-day care, including preparing meals, transportation, and home cleanliness
• Maintain a clean, safe, healing environment for all staff and patients
• Assist in restocking equipment and supplies, as needed
• Maintain excellent records of patient interactions, and report anything concerning immediately
