Job Summary:
Care Connect at Home is seeking reliable, compassionate HHAs or CNAs to join our team in Okeechobee County, FL. As a top-tier HHA/CNA, you will play a vital role in providing personalized home care services to seniors and adults who need extra support to remain safe and comfortable at home. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Help with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Meal prep and feeding assistance
• Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes)
• Follow personalized care plans
• Report any changes in condition to our team

Requirements:

• Florida HHA certificate or CNA license
• CPR certification
• Current TB test
• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
• Hoyer Lift experience*
• Ability to pass a Level II background check
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
