Gold Coast Dental is a privately owned dental practice dedicated to providing quality patient care in a professional and supportive environment. We are seeking a full-time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Dental Assistant (DA) to join our clinical team.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and committed to providing excellent patient care while supporting the dentist and team during daily clinical operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and escort patients to treatment rooms.
  • Prepare patients for dental procedures and help ensure their comfort.
  • Set up treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures.
  • Clean, sterilize, and organize instruments in accordance with infection control standards.
  • Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures.
  • Provide patients with oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked operatories.
  • Update and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Assist with scheduling, documentation, and payment processing as needed.

Qualifications

  • Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license or Dental Assistant experience, as required by state regulations.
  • Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and sterilization techniques.
  • Understanding of infection control and workplace safety standards.
  • Ability to perform expanded duties permitted by certification, including coronal polishing, is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Additional certifications or continuing education are a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
