• Day Shift: 6:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.

• Night Shift: 6:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m.

• Schedules: Full-time available

Job Summary:
Aspen Meadows Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our care team. The CMA administers prescribed medications to residents and maintains accurate medical records under the supervision of a licensed nurse. The ideal candidate will be clinically sound, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional care.

Essential Functions:

• Verify resident identity prior to medication administration and document all medications given, including dosage, route, and time

• Present medications to residents and ensure proper ingestion or application

• Take and record vital signs as directed

• Document reasons for omitted medications when applicable

• Receive and restock medication supplies per facility procedures

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and facility standards

Qualifications:

• Required: Active CNA certification in the State of Montana for at least one year

• Required: Successful completion of 80 hours of State-approved Certified Medication Aide training

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Commitment to teamwork and quality resident care
