Transportation Aide CNA

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Transportation Aide to join our nursing home team. This role is essential in helping residents travel safely and comfortably to medical appointments, therapy sessions, and activities.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Illinois CNA license

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to assist residents with care and mobility during transport

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport residents to and from appointments, activities, and outings

• Provide assistance with transfers, mobility, and comfort during transport

• Ensure timely and efficient scheduling of transportation needs

• Support the care team in promoting resident dignity and independence
