Qualifications

•  HHA certification preferred. 
•  CNA certification accepted where applicable. 
•  Compassionate and dependable attitude. 
•  Excellent communication skills. 
•  Ability to assist with personal care and mobility. 
•  Able to follow care plans and agency policies. 
•  Meets all state and agency requirements. 

Responsibilities

•  Provide quality in-home personal care. 
•  Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily routines. 
•  Support clients with mobility and meal preparation. 
•  Encourage a safe and comfortable home environment. 
•  Report changes in health or behavior to the supervising nurse. 
•  Complete documentation promptly and accurately. 
•  Respect each client's dignity, privacy, and independence. 

Scope of Care


This position does not include medication administration or skilled nursing procedures. Services are provided according to the client's care plan and under RN supervision.
