Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

???? Location: Solano, Sonoma & Napa Counties

EGN Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide quality in-home nursing care. Experience with G-tube medication administration and enteral feeding is required.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and enteral feedings via G-tube
• Monitor clients and assess G-tube sites
• Maintain accurate documentation and medication records
• Educate caregivers on proper G-tube care
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality patient care

Qualifications:

• Active California LVN License
• G-tube experience required
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Home care experience is a plus

Schedule: Flexible shifts (Day, Evening & Overnight)
