The provider may work part-time, as needed, or on an agreed recurring schedule.\n\nTesting appointments, feedback sessions, report completion timelines, and any therapy caseload expectations will be coordinated with Community Wellness Outpatient Mental Health Center and Enterprise Management Solutions LLC.\n\nCOMPENSATION STRUCTURE: \nThis is a fee-for-service role. Compensation is based on completed, documented, and approved services. Services may include, but are not limited to:\n\nPsychological testing and evaluation time.\nTest administration and scoring, first 30 minutes.\nTest administration and scoring, each additional 30 minutes.\nPsychological evaluation and feedback time.\nReport writing, when billable or approved under agency compensation policy.\nTherapy sessions, if the provider maintains a caseload.\nOther approved clinical services within scope.\n\nSpecific rates, payment timing, documentation requirements, and contractor versus employee classification will be determined during the onboarding or agreement process.\n\nBENEFITS PACKAGE\n\nW-2 Fee-for-Service Employees:Eligible for company-sponsored benefits in accordance with agency policy and plan availability.\n1099 Fee-for-Service Employees:Not eligible for company-sponsored benefits and are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and benefits.\n\nANTICIPATED TRAVEL: N/A\n\nSUMMARY OF POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES \nFreedom Healthcare LLC dba Community Wellness Outpatient Mental Health Center is seeking a Licensed Psychologist, PhD or PsyD, or a Psychology Associate who already has an approved clinical supervisor, to provide psychological testing, evaluation, test administration, scoring, interpretation, feedback sessions, and related outpatient behavioral health services on a fee-for-service basis.\n\nThe primary focus of this role is psychological testing and evaluation services, including the services shown below:\n\nPsychological testing, evaluation, and feedback by a physician or other qualified professional, including additional testing/evaluation time as clinically appropriate.\nPsychological test administration and scoring by a physician or other qualified professional for the first 30 minutes.\nTest administration and scoring by a physician or other qualified professional for each additional 30 minutes.\n\nThe provider may also maintain a small outpatient therapy caseload if needed, but the primary purpose of the role is to support psychological assessment, diagnostic clarification, evaluation, scoring, written reports, and feedback services for clients referred within the outpatient mental health center.\n\nSCHEDULED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nPsychological Testing and Evaluation\nThe provider will be responsible for completing psychological testing and assessment services, which may include:\n\nConducting clinical interviews and diagnostic assessments.\nReviewing referral questions and determining appropriate assessment batteries.\nCompleting psychological testing for diagnostic clarification, treatment planning, level-of-care recommendations, and clinical documentation support.\nAdministering psychological, behavioral, emotional, cognitive, developmental, and personality assessment tools within the provider’s scope of practice.\nScoring, interpreting, and documenting testing results.\nPreparing comprehensive psychological evaluation reports.\nProviding feedback sessions to clients, families, guardians, referral sources, or treatment teams when clinically appropriate and authorized.\nMaking clinically appropriate recommendations for therapy, medication evaluation, school supports, community services, higher level of care, or additional testing.\nCompleting addenda, updates, or supplemental documentation when needed.\nEnsuring all testing, scoring, evaluation, interpretation, and feedback services are documented accurately and timely.\n\nTest Administration and Scoring\nThe provider may perform or oversee:\n\nInitial psychological test administration and scoring for the first 30 minutes.\nAdditional test administration and scoring in 30-minute increments when clinically necessary.\nUse of standardized testing instruments.\nBehavioral observations during testing.\nValidity checks and clinical interpretation of results.\nCoordination with other qualified professionals involved in the evaluation process.\nClear documentation of time spent on test administration, scoring, interpretation, report writing, and feedback.\n\nClinical Documentation\nThe provider is responsible for maintaining complete, timely, and compliant documentation, including:\n\nIntake and assessment notes.\nPsychological evaluation reports.\nTesting protocols and scoring records.\nDiagnostic impressions.\nTreatment recommendations.\nProgress notes, when providing therapy.\nFeedback session notes.\nMedical necessity documentation.\nTime-based service documentation, where required.\nAny documentation required by Freedom Healthcare LLC, Community Wellness OMHC, Enterprise Management Solutions LLC, payors, licensing boards, or applicable regulations.\n\nOutpatient Therapy Services, If Needed\nAlthough the primary focus is psychological testing, the provider may also maintain a therapy caseload if clinically appropriate and mutually agreed upon. Therapy services may include:\n\nIndividual therapy.\nFamily therapy.\nGroup therapy, if applicable.\nCrisis support within outpatient scope.\nTreatment planning.\nDiagnostic assessments.\nProgress notes and clinical updates.\nCoordination with psychiatrists, therapists, case managers, schools, primary care providers, and other care team members.\n\nCollaboration and Care Coordination\nThe provider will work collaboratively with the outpatient mental health center team and may be expected to:\n\nCoordinate with therapists, psychiatric providers, clinical supervisors, administrative staff, and leadership.\nParticipate in case consultation as needed.\nCommunicate clinical findings in a clear and professional manner.\nAssist with determining appropriate referrals and service recommendations.\nSupport clients and families in understanding evaluation results.\nFollow agency workflows for scheduling, documentation, billing support, and report submission.\n\nServices the Provider May Perform\nThe provider may perform services within their professional scope, license, training, and supervision arrangement, including but not limited to:\n\nPsychological provided through Community Wellness Outpatient Mental Health Center, operated by Freedom Healthcare LLC, with staffing placement coordinated through Enterprise Management Solutions LLC.\nWork may include in-person clinical services, psychological testing appointments, feedback sessions, documentation, report writing, care coordination, and administrative communication.\nThe provider may work independently on a fee-for-service basis while coordinating with clinical leadership, supervisors, administrative staff, credentialing staff, billing staff, and other clinical team members.\nWork may involve interaction with clients experiencing mental health symptoms, emotional distress, behavioral concerns, trauma histories, family concerns, or complex clinical presentations.\nThe role requires compliance with HIPAA, confidentiality standards, agency documentation policies, licensing board requirements, informed consent requirements, and professional ethical standards.\nScheduling may vary credentialing and onboarding requirements.\n\nFor Psychology Associate Applicants\nApplicants must have:\n\nActive psychology associate status or eligibility to practice as a psychology associate in the applicable state.\nA clinical supervisor already in place and approved as required by the applicable licensing board.\nDocumentation of supervision arrangement, if required.\nTraining and experience in test administration, scoring, psychological assessment support, clinical interviewing, and report preparation within supervised scope.\nAbility to work within all supervision, licensing, and agency requirements.\nAbility to complete documentation and reports according to agency standards and supervisor requirements.\n\nSupervision Requirements\nLicensed psychologists must operate within the scope of their independent license.\nPsychology associates must already have a clinical supervisor in place and must comply with all supervision requirements established by their licensing board, supervisor, and applicable agency policy.
