Job Overview

- Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

You will play a vital role in executing fine residential remodeling and historic restoration projects where craftsmanship is valued above all else. How You Will Make an Impact
- Execute detailed carpentry tasks including wall, floor, ceiling, and roof framing with strict adherence to structural codes.
- Install high-end doors, windows, drywall, and sheathing to exact design specifications.
- Read and interpret architectural blueprints to plan daily tasks and accurately prepare cut sheets.
- Maintain level, square, and plumb standards across all phases of construction to ensure seamless transitions for subsequent trades.
- Communicate material requirements and project updates to supervisors in advance to eliminate job site delays.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold exceptional standards of workmanship on every job.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of professional carpentry experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in reading architectural plans and executing work from detailed blueprints.
- Deep understanding of structural codes, design intent, and carpenter math for level, square, and plumb requirements.
- Ownership of basic trade tools including circular saw, hammer, level and drill.
- Strong verbal communication skills to coordinate effectively with supervisors and field team members.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Hands-on experience specializing in historic home restoration or custom residential remodeling.
