A Path of Care Hospice in Coalgate/Atoka, OK is seeking a PRN Hospice Home Health Aide to support patients with compassionate, hands‑on care. Responsibilities include:Assisting with personal care such as bathing, oral hygiene, hair care, shaving, nail care, and dressingSupporting mobility through ambulation assistance and simple exercisesPerforming basic nursing or therapy tasks as assignedHelping with meal preparation and feeding when neededProviding comfort measures such as back rubs and repositioningPracticing infection control and following universal precautionsRecognizing and reporting any signs of abuse in accordance with policy and lawAssisting with office tasks, telemonitoring equipment setup, and new‑hire orientation when neededYour compassion and attention to detail help ensure patients receive the comfort, dignity, and support they deserve.QualificationsActive HHA certification in good standing with the Oklahoma State Department of HealthCompletion of 12 hours of company‑provided in‑service training every 12 monthsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to stay organized, manage time well, and handle multiple tasksFriendly, professional demeanor and ability to work independently or as part of a teamGenuine desire to help othersWork ScheduleFlexible hours, Monday through FridayReady to Join Our Team?Our application process is quick and easy.
