About the Position

As a CNA, you will work alongside our dedicated healthcare team to deliver exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Providing basic nursing care, including vital signs monitoring and feeding assistance

• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for our residents

• Assisting with mobility and transfers, as needed

• Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Vermont

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift and transfer patients as needed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
