Your Responsibilities:

• Provide quality care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Ensure residents’ physical and emotional well-being with kindness and patience.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment.

Requirements:

• Active Ohio STNA certification.
• A caring attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior experience in long-term care is a plus, but we welcome new STNAs!
