About the Role:
We’re seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides/CNAs to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. You’ll provide essential care and support in a home setting, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity for every client.

Care Location/ Service Area:  St Augustine, FL 32095

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay: $17 to $20 per hour 
• Hours: 24- 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts 
• Schedule:  7a to 7p Friday, Saturday and Sunday 

Key Responsibilities:

•  Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. 
•  Provide companionship and emotional support to improve clients’ quality of life. 
•  Monitor and document clients’ health status and report changes to healthcare professionals. 
•  Offer medication reminders and support mobility or prescribed exercises. 
•  Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when needed. 
•  Maintain a safe and clean home environment for clients. 
•  Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team. 
•  Follow all safety, health, and regulatory guidelines while providing care. 

Experience/Qualifications:

•  Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required. 
•  Prior experience in home health care or a similar role is preferred. 
•  Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and patient demeanor. 
•  Ability to follow care plans accurately and maintain detailed records. 
•  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. 
•  Current CPR and First Aid certification. 
•  Must pass background check and drug screening.
