Job Summary

We're seeking dedicated and compassionate HHAs or CNAs to join our team at Care Connect at Home. As an Experienced HHA or CNA, you will assist clients with personal care, mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation, while providing companionship and emotional support. If you're passionate about helping others and value flexibility, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Help with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Assist with meal prep and feeding

• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, tidying, and dishes

• Follow personalized care plans

• Report any changes in client condition to our team

Requirements

• Florida HHA certificate or CNA license

• CPR certification

• Current TB test

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Hoyer Lift Experience Preferred

• Ability to pass a Level II background check

• Dependable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
