TMA or CNA Full Time or Part Time All Shifts EOW

Job Description

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Trained Medication Aides (TMAs) and CNA's to join our team at Greenwood Connections in Menahga, MN. This position is FT and PT and every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
• Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents
• Document and maintain accurate records of residents' care

Requirements

• Current TMA or CNA certification in the state of Minnesota
• Previous experience in a long-term care or assisted living facility preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
