We are currently seeking a highly skilled and licensed aesthetician to join our team and contribute to our mission of enhancing the beauty and confidence of our patients.

As a Licensed Aesthetician at Lucid Dermatology, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch services to our patients. You will work closely with our dermatologists and other team members to deliver safe, effective, and customized skincare treatments that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Job description

• Conduct thorough consultations with patients to assess their skin care needs and goals.
• Perform a variety of aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, micro-needling, and administering lasers.
• Administer medical-grade skincare treatments as recommended by our dermatologists.
• Educate patients on proper skincare routines and products to maintain and enhance treatment results.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation. Experience with EMA is preferred but not required. 
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols, ensuring a clean and hygienic workspace.
  
  

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an aesthetician.
• Must be able to perform facials, microdermabrasion, micro-needling, Candela/Aerolase lasers, VI-Peels/chemical peels.
• Previous experience working as a licensed aesthetician in a medical or dermatology setting of at least 3-5 years.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
