Your Role:
Provide compassionate personal care and gentle handling for patients.
Assist with transportation, meals, ADLs, and transfers.
Obtain vitals and maintain accurate documentation.
Communicate effectively with nursing staff.
Ensure resident safety with proper use of call lights, side rails, and dry floors.
Follow universal precautions at all times.
Requirements:
Must be registered by the State of Ohio with an STNA Certificate.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
All candidates are subject to a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
