About the Role:

As a Certified Medication Aide, you will assist our healthcare team in providing medication management, vital signs, and other essential patient care services. Your responsibilities may include:

• Administering medications as prescribed by our physicians
• Monitoring and recording patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Medication Aide

• 0+ years of experience in a healthcare setting (any level of education)

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs)
