Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) - Join Our Team!

At RegalCare at Taunton, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients and residents in a comfortable and home-like setting. We are seeking skilled and compassionate Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to join our team on a part-time and full-time basis, including per diem opportunities on all three shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care to our patients and residents, including assistance with daily living activities, vital sign monitoring, and medical treatments

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

  • Collaborate with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of infection control and safety protocols

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

  • Valid MA CNA certificate in good standing

  • Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

  • Pass a background check and pre-employment screening

  • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination (as required by RegalCare)
