  • 5+ years of experience in Personal Lines insurance (Home, Auto, Umbrella)
  • Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License
  • Strong knowledge of policy processing: renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements
  • Identify coverage gaps and recommend additional products (Home, Auto, Umbrella)
  • Maintain accurate and current client files in the agency management system (Epic)
  • Gather underwriting information and prepare accurate quotes
  • Comfortable with comparative raters and carrier portals
