Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene

• Conduct vital signs and report changes to skilled nursing staff

• Help residents with transfers, ambulation, and mobility exercises

• Assist with medication administration and other treatments as directed

• Respond to resident calls and requests in a timely and professional manner

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

About the Role:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with assistance as needed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
