Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectivelyHigh tolerance for working under pressure and handling critical situations with a cool headExperience as CNA/Med Tech.Good communication skills, such as being able to communicate effectively with residents, staff, family members, and professionals. Including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy ("bedside manner")Possess a love for the elderlyHave a positive and compassionate attitudeA background check is required for this position upon hire as well as food handlers permit, CPR/First Aid certification, and a TB test.Pursuant to the State of Utah rules and regulations governing assisted living communities we are not allowed to hire any person who has been convicted of a fellony or who is awaiting trial for a felony, a misdemeanor charge, or had a substantiated finding of abuse that would preclude them from working in our community. A background check will be run upon hire.
