Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

This team member loves caring for patients and knows how to develop lasting trust. Shift Supervisors play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations during a specific shift, while assisting management in maintaining a high level of productivity and satisfaction for resident care.  Could this be you? Currently looking for part-time and full-time second and third shift.

Responsibilities:

•  Observe and report changes in patient's condition to the supervising nurse.

•  Assist with geriatric care needs.

•  Assists residents with activities of daily living according to individual care plans.

•  Observes residents and reports to nursing any changes in physical, mental, and emotional condition.

•  Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and hospitable manner.

• Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

• Train new staff members and provide ongoing training to existing employees

• Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed during the shift

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment

• Assist with inventory control, including receiving and stocking supplies

• Communicate any issues or concerns to upper management in a timely manner

Qualifications

•  Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.

•  Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language.

•  Must have no finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.

• Can foster good resident and family relationships.

•  Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment.

•  A passion for working with elderly residents.

• Experience in a long-term or assisted living facility a plus, but not required.
