CNA Responsibilities:

• Provide direct resident care and assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

• Take and record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other measurements

• Report changes in resident condition to the nursing team promptly

• Maintain accurate documentation through forms, reports, and logs

• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers

CNA Qualifications:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania

• Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented

• Strong communication skills and dedication to high-quality care
