Cloverleaf Healthcare Center is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to join our skilled nursing facility in Knightsville, IN.

As a QMA, you will play a key role in supporting residents’ health and wellness by administering prescribed medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

Shift:

• 6p-6a - every other weekend

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and document dosage, time, and reactions.

• Monitor and report patient responses or adverse effects.

• Provide direct care including bathing, dressing, and feeding.

• Assist with exams and treatments.

• Manage and restock medication supplies.

Requirements:

• Completion of a state-approved CNA program and QMA certification.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
