What You’ll Do:

As a CNA at Elm Manor, you will play an essential role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by providing compassionate, hands-on care and support.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living

• Monitoring and documenting vital signs and changes in condition

• Supporting residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Assisting during meal service and supporting nutritional needs

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

• Promoting a warm, positive, and respectful atmosphere for residents and families

Qualifications:

• Active CNA certification in New York State OR currently scheduled to take the state CNA exam

• Successful completion of a CNA training program

• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Dependable, positive, and motivated attitude
