Med Surg Certified Nursing Assistant - Full Time 7pm

Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English          BLS (CPR) Certification Required             Certified Nursing Assistant Certification through State of LouisianaBehavioral De-escalation Training Strongly Recommended            Compassion and sympathy help patients feel an emotional connection. The C.N.A. must have good communication skills to gain trust  from the patient, and discuss various issues with other professional staffersEmotional stability helps maintain personal balance when dealing with stress, emergencies or human suffering      Ability to think quickly in emergencies, use good judgment and organize their work to assure all patients receive necessary care. Must be able to follow directions and perform work according to department standards/policies when no directions are given. Must be emotionally mature and able to function effectively under stress.
