What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding service reminders, maintenance, and follow-up opportunities
• Schedule and confirm service appointments
• Follow up with customers on declined services and recommended maintenance
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Communicate professionally with customers while providing outstanding service
• Meet daily and monthly performance goals
• Work closely with the service advisors and dealership team to maximize appointment opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous call center, customer service, or BDC experience preferred, but not required
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn dealership software
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
