CNA / Personal Care Aides - Now Hiring

Rose Petal Falls Private Home Care is seeking a compassionate, patient, and dependable caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a client with Dementia in the Powder Springs area.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships and providing quality, person-centered care. There is potential for additional hours as the client's care needs increase.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and companionship
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping and bathing
• Provide medication reminders
• Monitor for changes in the client's condition
• Escort the client to doctor's appointments and other approved outings
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Qualifications

• Experience caring for individuals with Dementia preferred
• Current in-person CPR certification required
• Current TB skin test
• Must have reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to safely accompany clients to medical appointments
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
