Duties

Position: CDL Class B Hazmat Driver (Direct Hire)

Location: Savannah, GA

Hiring Radius: Applicants must live within 70 miles of Savannah, GA

Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Schedule:

Monday-Friday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Home Daily
Guaranteed 40 hours per week
Overtime opportunities available

Pay:

Starting at $30.00 per hour
Overtime available
Weekly, reliable schedule

As a CDL Class B Hazmat Driver, you will safely transport petroleum and fuel-related products while providing dependable service to customers throughout the Savannah region.

Responsibilities include:

Safely operate a Class B commercial vehicle
Deliver petroleum products to customer locations
Follow all DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and company safety regulations
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Complete delivery paperwork accurately
Maintain accurate hours of service documentation
Load and unload products safely when required
Provide professional customer service
Maintain a clean, organized vehicle
Report equipment or safety concerns immediately
Represent Road Warrior Staffing and our customer professionally at all times

Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

Valid Class B CDL
Hazmat Endorsement (Required)
Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL driving experience
Clean driving record
Strong work history with verifiable driving experience
Excellent safety record
Professional attitude and strong customer service skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable attendance and punctuality

Age & Licensing
Must be at least 23 years old
Valid United States Driver's License
Valid Class B CDL
Current Hazmat Endorsement
Current DOT Medical Card
Driving History

Within the past 5 years, no convictions for:

DUI/DWI
Driving under the influence of drugs
Vehicular homicide
Reckless or negligent driving
Hit and run
Leaving the scene of an accident
Using a vehicle during the commission of a felony
Fraudulent license
Fleeing law enforcement
Driving with a suspended or revoked license
Speed contests or drag racing

Additional Requirements:

No more than one license suspension exceeding 60 days within the last three years
No SR-22, FR-44, or similar financial responsibility filing required
Must meet company insurance requirements
At-fault accidents will be evaluated according to company standards
