Role highlights

• Own a defined territory and become a trusted partner to local businesses
• Educate clients on Express Employment staffing, leadership, and human resources offerings
• Prospect daily to uncover and qualify new opportunities
• Grow an existing book of business through consistent follow-up
• Lead the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation, and agreement
• Plan and prioritize outreach to establish new accounts
• Negotiate pricing and draft service agreements
• Meet or exceed sales and activity metrics

What you need to succeed

• Clear, confident communication — written and verbal
• Excellent organization and multitasking
• Goal-oriented, competitive drive
• Ability to operate independently and manage a territory
• High School Diploma or GED
• Sales or customer service experience preferred, not required

Compensation and schedule

• Pay: Base salary plus commission with estimated annual earnings of $35,000–$55,000, based on experience
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
