Our client in Whitewater, WI is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and knowledge of the building or construction industry. Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person
- Provide product and service information while addressing customer inquiries
- Process orders, quotes, and other customer requests accurately and efficiently
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Previous customer service experience required
- Knowledge of the building, construction, or related industry strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Pay range of $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
