Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Warehouse Equipment Operators to join our team. This is a physically demanding warehouse position that requires operating multiple types of powered industrial equipment while manually handling products throughout the shift.
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS – PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING
- Must have recent experience operating:
- Order Picker
- Stand-Up Reach Truck
- Stand-Up Forklift
- Candidates will be tested on equipment operation.
- If you cannot safely operate the equipment, you will be sent home.
- This position requires frequent lifting of tires weighing 50+ pounds throughout the entire 10-hour shift.
- Steel-toe shoes are required on Day 1.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work the full scheduled shift.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate warehouse equipment including order pickers, stand-up reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
- Pick and stage customer orders accurately.
- Load and unload delivery trucks.
- Lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 50+ pounds throughout the shift.
- Verify incoming and outgoing inventory for accuracy.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain clean storage areas.
- Assist with inventory counts and report damaged or defective products.
- Complete warehouse housekeeping and facility maintenance tasks.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience operating an Order Picker, Stand-Up Reach Truck, and Stand-Up Forklift is REQUIRED.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not required).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent attendance and reliability.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and move 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and climb as needed.
- Work in a warehouse environment with moderate noise and changing temperatures.
