As our Inbound Logistics Receiving Specialist, your morning begins on the dock—comparing packing slips to purchase orders, inspecting each carton and pallet, and confirming that every product arriving at our Carlsbad facility meets quality and accuracy expectations. You capture details in the inventory management system, collaborate with teammates across departments, and keep the receiving area orderly so the next wave of shipments flows smoothly. When something doesn’t match, you partner with vendors to resolve discrepancies quickly and professionally. Throughout the day, you help with cycle counts, support stock organization, and uphold safety protocols and company policies.

Core Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect all incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Record received items promptly and precisely in the inventory management system.
• Work with vendors and suppliers to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized receiving area at all times.
• Assist with inventory counts and organize stock as needed.
• Communicate clearly with team members and other departments to keep materials moving.
• Follow safety procedures and adhere to company policies and compliance standards.
