JLC is looking for a reliable and experienced Hot Shot Driver to join our team in Watford City, ND. This position offers top pay and fully covered medical and dental insurance. As part of the team, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transport of equipment, tools, and materials across oilfield and industrial sites. If you’re a skilled driver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely haul and deliver loads using a pickup truck and gooseneck trailer
• Transport oilfield equipment, tools, and materials on-demand
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
• Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers
• Secure loads properly to prevent shifting or damage

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL
• Oilfield experience is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Strong knowledge of North Dakota roads and oilfield locations
• Physically capable of loading/unloading as needed
