About the Job:

Established HVAC company in the Buellton area looking for an experienced full-time LEAD Service/Maintenance Technician to join our growing team.

Job Qualifications:

5 years of experience as an HVAC technician or qualifying technical school diploma.
Owning your own trade-specific tools is a plus - but will work with you to build your toolbox if necessary.
Clean driving record and driver's license are a must and reliable transportation to and from the shop.
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
The technician should be able self-starter, able to think outside the box and problem-solve efficiently.
Must have a positive, Team Player attitude.
Must be detailed, organized, self-sufficient, and dependable.
