Charge RN/LPN PM Shift EOW Full Time with Sign on Bonus

Greenwood Connections is seeking a RN/LPN PM Charge Nurse to provide clinical oversight and direct resident care within a skilled nursing and long-term care environment in Menahga, MN.

Compensation:
$33.35-44.49 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents
• Supervise staff during assigned shift
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in status
• Support resident assessments and care planning
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance
• Maintain safe, high-quality resident care standards

Requirements:

• Active RN/LPN license in the state of Minnesota
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment
