Customer Service Representative

Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Draper, Utah Type: Contract Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00/hr Work Model: Onsite Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

• Provide customer service relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications.
• Maintain good customer relations and resolve customer claims and complaints fairly, effectively, and in accordance with consumer laws.
• Develop organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers.
• Create improvement plans in response to customer surveys.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or related fields.
• Ability to develop and implement improvement initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer focus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications preferred.
